TRIMIT inventory sync for Shopify
The TRIMIT integration syncs stock levels from TRIMIT, the ERP for fashion and textiles, to Shopify per variant and location. It runs as a Make.com scenario on a fixed interval, so the online store never sells items that are sold out in the ERP. Orders do not flow back in this integration.
- 01 trimit → shopify
stock per variant · every 15 min
What it is
TRIMIT is an ERP built on Microsoft Dynamics for fashion, furniture and textiles, with size and colour as dimensions. The integration reads stock per variant and updates Shopify.
Why it matters
Fashion has many variants and fast sell-outs. Wrong stock in the online store means cancellations and bad reviews.

How we implement it
- 01MappingWhat should flow between Shopify and TRIMIT, which system is the source of truth for what, and what happens on errors. One working session.
- 02SetupConnection in your own account, field mapping, and test data through the whole flow.
- 03Test on real dataThe first orders or products are followed manually before we switch everything on.
- 04Go-live and monitoringWe follow the first weeks. Errors are flagged with a reference to the order.
Frequently asked questions
Do we own the TRIMIT integration ourselves?
+–
Yes. Make.com scenarios live in your own account, and code is delivered with source. We run it if you want, but you are not locked in to us.
What happens when a run fails?
+–
Every run is kept in the history with input and output. Errors are flagged with a reference, and we clean up together. There is no automatic rollback, and we say so plainly.
Can we start with inventory sync and expand later?
+–
Yes. Most start with one flow, such as orders, and add inventory or customers later.
How long does setup take?
+–
Make.com flows are delivered in days once the mapping session is done. Custom code takes longer, and we give you a timeline after the first call.
- UniMicro integration for ShopifyThe UniMicro integration connects Shopify to UniMicro so that products and inventory come from the ERP to the online store, and orders and customers go back. It is set up with UniMicro's own Shopify connector, and we do the mapping session, field mapping, testing and go-live as part of a migration or a new build.
- Omnium integration for ShopifyThe Omnium integration makes Omnium the order and inventory system for Shopify: orders go in, stock per location comes back, and products can be published from Omnium. EDI orders from Coop, XXL and Sport Holding land in Omnium and flow to Tripletex with GLN and cash discount. We set up Omnium's Shopify connector and build the EDI flow in Make.com.

- ERP and financeAn accounting integration moves paid orders from Shopify to the accounting system as an invoice, sales voucher or journal, with customer, VAT and shipping on the right account. Refunds become credit notes. We run this against Tripletex, 24SevenOffice, PowerOffice Go and Fiken, as Make.com scenarios in your own account. Invoices are not sent before your accountant has seen them.
- Shopify connected to the systems you already useA Shopify integration connects the store to the systems that run the rest of the company: accounting, order management, warehouse, shipping, payments and marketing. We build them in Make.com when the flow should be visible and easy to change, and in code when volume or logic requires it. Documented data flow, and the scenario lives in your own account.
