Shopify connected to the systems you already use

A Shopify integration connects the store to the systems that run the rest of the company: accounting, order management, warehouse, shipping, payments and marketing. We build them in Make.com when the flow should be visible and easy to change, and in code when volume or logic requires it. Documented data flow, and the scenario lives in your own account.

How we integrate

Make.com where the flow should be visible. Code where the logic demands it.

make.com

Make.com

Visual scenarios in your own Make account. Every run can be opened and read, module by module, when something goes wrong. The right choice for accounting, OMS and most order flows.

  • Delivered in days, not weeks
  • You own the scenario and the connections
  • Run history visible to you and your accountant
  • Best below a few thousand orders a day
shopify app · webhooks · supabase

Custom code

A Shopify app or service we write, test and run. The right choice when the logic is mostly transformation, when volume is high, or when you need a configurator, customer portal or server-side tracking.

  • Full control of mapping and validation
  • Queue, retry and logging by default
  • Version control and a test environment
  • The source code is yours

Who owns the integration

Make.com scenarios are set up in your own Make account with your connections. Code is delivered with source in your repo. We run it for you if you want, but you are never locked in to us.

What happens when something fails

Every run sits in the history with input and output per module. Errors are flagged with a reference to the order. There is no automatic rollback, and we clean up together when it is needed.

Shopify or the system as the source of truth

For accounting, Shopify is the source of truth and the accounting system is the receiver. For OMS and some ERPs, such as Omnium, UniMicro and TRIMIT, the system is the source of truth for stock and Shopify displays it. We settle this first, because it drives everything else.

Your system is not on the list

If the system has an API, we can usually connect it. Send us what you have and we reply with method and timeline.

Frequently asked questions

Make.com or custom code, how do you choose?

+

Make.com when the flow is branches and lookups, and when you want to be able to open a run yourself. Custom code when there is a lot of transformation, high volume, or a need for version control and a test environment. Most accounting and OMS integrations are Make.com.

Who owns the integration afterwards?

+

You do. Make.com scenarios live in your account, and code is delivered with source.

What happens when a run fails?

+

Every run sits in the history with input and output. Errors are flagged with a reference, and we clean up together.

My system is not on the list. Can you still do it?

+

Usually yes, if the system has an API. Send us what you have.

Tell us which systems you have

We reply with method, data flow and timeline within two working days.
