Questions and answers

How is this different from hiring a full-time e-commerce manager?

+

An experienced e-commerce manager in Norway costs €70,000-100,000+ per year, plus benefits, recruitment, and management overhead. For 360,000 NOK/year (30,000/month), you get not just one person but access to an entire team: senior developers, CRO specialists, SEO experts, and strategic advisors. Plus, no recruitment risk or knowledge loss if someone leaves.

Can Enterprise be used for a multi-store migration?

+

Not as a way to spread the cost. Enterprise is an ongoing agreement for development and operations. A multi-store migration runs as its own project with a fixed price ceiling and payment by milestone. As an Enterprise client you get priority scheduling, and the Enterprise day goes to optimising and running the stores already migrated.

How do you prioritise the work each week?

+

We plan together every week from the roadmap. Recurring tasks such as operations and support take a small part of the day; the rest goes to what has the most impact: testing, development, SEO and your systems.

What if we need more than one day per week during busy periods?

+

Enterprise scales. During busy periods we can temporarily increase to 2–3 days per week (60,000–90,000 NOK/month), then scale back down. You pay for the capacity in the periods you use it.

Can the weekly day be split across multiple shorter sessions?

+

Yes. Some clients prefer 8 hours on one day, others prefer 2-4 hour sessions spread across the week. We're flexible based on what works best for your operations and meeting cadence.

Do you travel to our offices?

+

Yes, for Norwegian clients. On-site visits can be scheduled as needed (typically monthly or quarterly). International clients typically operate virtually with video workshops, but we can discuss travel arrangements.

What happens during holidays or vacation?

+

Hours are averaged monthly/quarterly. If we're unavailable one week, we make up hours before or after. If you don't need us during slow periods (summer, holiday), we can adjust the schedule. It's a partnership, not a rigid contract.

Can you help with recruitment even if we don't hire through you?

+

Absolutely. We regularly advise on job descriptions, interview candidates, evaluate technical skills, and help with onboarding plans. We want you to build strong internal capability.

What if our needs are highly seasonal?

+

We can structure flex arrangements. For example, higher commitment during peak preparation (Q3-Q4 for holiday retail), lighter commitment during slow periods. Pricing adjusts accordingly.

How long is the agreement period?

+

We don't believe in forcing our clients to stay with us – that's kind of missing the point. Enterprise operates on a month-to-month basis with just 30 days notice. This notice period ensures we can complete any critical ongoing work, document everything thoroughly, provide comprehensive handover to your team or another vendor, and ensure continuity. However, our Enterprise partnerships typically last 2+ years because the value compounds over time.

Can we start with Premium and upgrade to Enterprise?

+

Absolutely. Many clients start with Premium to handle specific projects, then upgrade to Enterprise when they recognize the value of dedicated capacity. We'll seamlessly transition your account.

What if we need temporary scale-up for a major project?

+

Enterprise clients get priority access to additional team capacity. Need extra developers for a month? We can usually accommodate. Project work beyond the weekly commitment is priced at our standard project rates, but with priority scheduling.
