Common questions
What is the difference between a service and a package?

The services are projects with a start and an end: a new store, a migration, an order portal or development. The packages are ongoing operations and development afterwards, at a fixed monthly price.
Do you only work with Shopify?

Yes. We are a Shopify Plus partner and build everything on Shopify. It makes us good at it, and honest when Shopify is not the right fit.
How soon can you start?

We can do the discovery session this week. Project kick-off is usually within two to four weeks, depending on what is ready on your side.
Can we combine several services?

Yes, and it is common. A migration with a new order portal, or a new store with a configurator, is priced as one project with one timeline.
