ERP and finance

ERP and finance for Shopify

An accounting integration moves paid orders from Shopify to the accounting system as an invoice, sales voucher or journal, with customer, VAT and shipping on the right account. Refunds become credit notes. We run this against Tripletex, 24SevenOffice, PowerOffice Go and Fiken, as Make.com scenarios in your own account. Invoices are not sent before your accountant has seen them.

Frequently asked questions

Which ERP and finance systems do you support?

+

The ones on this page are the ones we run today. If your system is not here, we can usually connect it anyway, either through its API in Make.com or as custom code.

Make.com or custom code?

+

Make.com when the flow is branches and lookups and you want to be able to open a run yourself. Custom code when there is a lot of transformation, high volume or a need for a test environment.

Who owns the integration afterwards?

+

You do. Make.com scenarios live in your account, and code is delivered with source.

What happens when a run fails?

+

Every run sits in the history. Errors are flagged with a reference, and we clean up together.

Which system do you use for ERP and finance?

We reply with method, data flow and timeline within two working days.
