Shopify POS, from PCKasse to one point of sale
Shopify POS gives the physical store the same inventory, customers and gift cards as the online store. We set up the POS, hardware and payment terminal, move customers and gift card balances from PCKasse or Front, and train the store team before launch. Accounting gets one sale per day per store.
- 01 shopify pos → shopify
sales + customers + inventory · real time - 02 shopify → tripletex
daily settlement · daily
What it is
Shopify POS is Shopify's own point-of-sale system. It replaces PCKasse for stores that want one platform, and complies with the Norwegian Cash Register Systems Act when set up correctly.
Why it matters
Two systems for store and web mean double inventory, a double customer register and gift cards that do not work across channels.
What flows
| Data | Direction | When | Note |

Frequently asked questions
Do we own the Shopify POS integration ourselves?
+–
Yes. Make.com scenarios live in your own account, and code is delivered with source. We run it if you want, but you are not locked in to us.
What happens when a run fails?
+–
Every run is kept in the history with input and output. Errors are flagged with a reference, and we clean up together. There is no automatic rollback, and we say so plainly.
Can we start with the POS and expand later?
+–
Yes. Most start with one flow, such as orders, and add inventory or customers later.
How long does setup take?
+–
Make.com flows are delivered in days once the mapping session is done. Custom code takes longer, and we give you a timeline after the first call.
- Front Systems integration for ShopifyThe Front Systems integration connects the store POS in Front to the online store in Shopify Plus, so items, stock and customers are the same in store and online, and web orders can be collected or returned in store. We build the flow against Front's API in Make.com and test it in one store before the rest.
- Tripletex integration for ShopifyThe Tripletex integration sends paid Shopify orders to Tripletex as orders and invoices, per order or as a monthly consolidated voucher. Refunds become credit notes. The flow is one-way: Shopify sells, Tripletex does the accounting, inventory stays in Shopify. It runs as a Make.com scenario in your account, and invoices are created but not sent until your accountant reviews them.

- POS and retailPhysical store and online store on the same stock and customer base. We set up Shopify POS, connect Front Systems to Shopify Plus, and move customers from PCKasse with gift cards and customer data intact, so the till and the website sell from one inventory.
- Shopify connected to the systems you already useA Shopify integration connects the store to the systems that run the rest of the company: accounting, order management, warehouse, shipping, payments and marketing. We build them in Make.com when the flow should be visible and easy to change, and in code when volume or logic requires it. Documented data flow, and the scenario lives in your own account.
